Targeted patient care

Purpose of collection

To pay for medicines, consumables, laboratory tests, medical equipment, reagents and other medical supplies and other expenses necessary to provide quality medical services to patients over 16 years of age with haematological diseases.

The aim of Programme No. 1

“Targeted assistance to patients” is the formation of property on the basis of voluntary contributions and donations, as well as other receipts not prohibited by law, and its subsequent use to provide full or partial targeted charitable assistance to adults (persons over 16 years of age) with diseases of the blood system, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan under treatment, to pay for medicines, consumables and medical devices; payment for laboratory and instrumental tests.

Donation of blood and its components free of charge

Purpose of collection

To support and promote donation of blood and its components free of charge.

The purpose of Programme No. 2

“Uncompensated Blood Donation” is to assist in attracting uncompensated donors to provide the necessary volume of safe and effective blood components and blood products, as well as to support and promote uncompensated donation of blood and its components.

Foreign treatment

Purpose of collection

To pay for the treatment of patients in specialised foreign clinics in complex medical cases when the patient cannot be treated in domestic clinics.

The purpose of Programme No. 3

“Foreign treatment” is the formation of assets on the basis of voluntary contributions and donations, as well as other receipts not prohibited by law, and its subsequent use for full or partial financing of treatment of patients in foreign clinics in particularly complex medical cases, which domestic clinics cannot cope with. The decision on the need for foreign treatment is made by the Foundation’s expert doctors, who review all complex medical cases.
